John's recap.

 

You know Jake, a lot of people don't know these.

But Bing-su used be a sports coach.

He knows a lot about exercise against sports.

So I asked him "Bing-su, why is regular exercise important?"

He said, "Well, John, you know, if you don't exercise, your health will be bad.  It's very difficult to

 recover. If you never exercise, and that's where you'll stay. Always unhealthy.

And I said to him, "Excuse me, I did not hear you very well, we have a bad connection."

I hung up the phone, and I went back to bed.
