Well, you know, last weekend, all of my roommates together we went to the Namisum for

 a little bit of a fun time out in the sun.

And Kil-dong disappeared for about two hours.

(Really?)

I said, "Hey, where have you been?"

He said, "Huff, huff! I've run all over this island. But I can't find Min-hee anywhere."

I said, "No, no, no. Don't be afraid, build up your confidence. I'm sure she is looking for you 

 too."

And I told him, "Listen, don't run all over. Just go for a walk, you'll feel better."

(Huh?)

He asked me, "Why does taking a walk feel so refreshing?"

And I told him, "It's because your heart beat will(?) slow down and you can relax."
