2. It was high time I quit it.

     좀 늦은 감이 있었지만 난 그만뒀어요.

3. Is there a limit to how many cigarettes I can buy?

     제가 살 수 있는 담배의 갯수에 제한이 있나요?

You know, in our house, we hava a rule. No smoking at home.

But, ah, Chul-su, he's gotta have very serious bad habits.

And he said, "John, is there a limit to how many cigarettes I can buy?"

And I told him, "Yes, you cannot buy any."

But of course he broke the rule.

He bent, bent the rule and finally broke the rule many times.

And he was smoking in his room and I said,

 "Hey, buddy, it's high time you quit it."

And he said, "Well, I only smoking in my room."

And I said, "Okay. but it's gotta be airtight. You gotta keep the smoke in there with you."
