     난 침착하고 여유있게 행동 해야 해.

2. I can't believe this could be the end.

     이게 마지막이라는 걸 도저히 믿을수 없어요.

3. Why is it easier to gain weight than to lose it?

     왜 몸무게는 빼는 것 보다 늘리는게 더 쉬울까?

Oh, you know Jake, as you know I've got go to the health club everyday.

I'm in the health club about six and seven hours every day.

(Wow.)

And ah~ you know I realize it's so difficult right to control your way weight why?

Why is it easier to gain weight than to lose?

(U~hm.)

I guess the truth is if you wanna be healthy, got exercise, gotta stay nice and loose.

I remember looking at my big belly long ago I said, "Goodbye belly. I can't believe this could

 be the end."

And then my belly left me.

(Oh, really?)

Oh, that's why I'm so skinny now.

(Oh, wow, I can't believe that.)
