     명상이 정말 많은 측면에서 너에게 영향을 줄거야.

You know quite sometime ago, Chul-su was a kind of tough guy.

He had a hot cloths and he was a little bit mean to people.

And I told him, "Hey, listen Chul-su, meditation will affect you on so many levels.

If you try meditation, perhaps you will be a kind of more gentle person."

Well, the other night, we were outside.

We noticed maybe a few people whom who down on the rocks, they didn't have such a good

situation.

And I was so surprised, Chul-su went over and said, "Hungry?"

One word, they began to smile.

And I noticed, 'Wow, a single word can make a heart open.'

So Chul-su then said,

"John, these people are hungry, can we take them home and  you make them  dinner."

A little surprised, by that and I thought, 

'Well, o.k. why not?  Anyway they have nowhere to go.'

So here is the word, "From now on, everyone come to my house for dinner."
