1. This feels wired weird.

Oh~, walking working out everyday, my body hurts, I'm not sure this is good for me.

Am I walk work out coach? Of course. My trainer is Kil-dong.

And I told him, "I don't know man, this feels weird."

He said, "John,  just keep going. Your hard work will pay off in the end."

And I said, "I don't know, it doesn't feel like that everything hurts."

He said, "Listen! Now is it's hurting time, later is better. So, to everything, there is a season. 

Right now is the hard working season."
